The Beginning

 I started building Lego Technics card during the Covid pandemic. I had always wanted to build a Lego Technics car and I was suffering cabin fever being somewhat house bound. I ordered a Rally car from eBay and proceeded to build the car which took a couple of days. I was hooked from the get go and became interested in motorizing Lego cars. Not wanting to mess up my first build, I ordered another Rally car from eBay with the intent of equipping it with Lego motors for remote control. I sourced the motors from the Lego store which was not the cheapest method but I rationalized the purchases due to covid relief.  After I made a few purchases, Lego cut me off as I guess other folks were buying up the motors for resale on eBay.  Today, I thought I would post some photos of my collection, which I will detail each vehicle with what I learned along the way.
